Women In Geothermal

I am working with WING to deliver unconscious bias education and content at a local and global level. I have delivered in person and online workshops and am currently working on an education package for sponsors to be rolled out across the world. Bias is a complex and multi-faceted discussion and cannot be viewed as an education topic alone. To really make an impact and improve decision making, structural and policy changes need to be made and tracked.
